In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter the “Regulation”), this page describes how the personal data is processed of users consulting the website https://www.incspa.com of INC S.p.A. (hereinafter “INC”).
This information does not regard any other websites, pages or on-line services that may be reached through any hypertext links as may be published on the websites but which refer to resources external to the domain of INC.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The personal data indicated on this page is processed by INC in order to verify the correct function of the website or respond to requests made by users or to supply the service. The supply of the service requested by users is therefore the legal basis for processing.


TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Browsing data
During normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to allow this website to function acquire certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Data disclosed by the user
The optional, explicit, voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses of INC and the compiling and submission of the forms present on the website https://www.incspa.com , entails the acquisition of the sender’s contact data, required in order to reply, and of all personal data included in the communication. The user is free to choose whether or not to supply his personal data but failure to do so may make it impossible to obtain the service requested.

This data will only be kept for the time necessary to respond to user requests or for the entire time for which the user asks to receive said service and in any case for no more than 24 months; thereafter, it is deleted.

In accordance with Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the data subject has the right at any time to access, rectify, update, supplement, delete, limit and object to the processing of the data, by submitting a written request to this end to the controller, or sending such a request to info@incspa.it.
Moreover, if the data subject should deem it appropriate, in connection with the processing of his data by INC, he has the right to make a complaint to the Data Protection Authority.

 


INFORMATION COLLECTED BY MEANS OF COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
