La INC has started its own activities in Brazil in 2019After a preliminary phase of exploration of the Concessions and Large Infrastructure market, in 2023 it signed the first concession contract in the country. This is the Belo Horizonte Ring Road, in the state of Minas Gerais, acquired through a greenfield PPP contract. The road axis will extend for 70 km in the first phase, with an additional 30 km optional, and will cross the municipalities of Sabará, Santa Luzia, Vespasiano, São José da Lapa, Pedro Leopoldo, Ribeirão das Neves, Contagem, and Betim, optimizing freight transport flows and improving vehicle circulation on the roads of the Belo Horizonte metropolitan region. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026 and be completed in 2029. The project will create a modern and safe two-lane highway, with an emergency lane in each direction, complete with access control and toll collection through a modern "Free Flow" system. The project involves a total investment of approximately €1 billion and is currently the largest public-private partnership (PPP) signed by the State of Minas Gerais.

INC SpA began its Albanian operations in 2018, with the opening of a branch with operations offices in Tirana.
