Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) are a new way of bringing private capital into infrastructural development, aimed at stimulating growth, increasing GDP and creating new jobs. Compared to traditional contractual forms, PPP offers a new way of bridging the infrastructure deficit without depending exclusively on public spending.
With the DBFMO approach, responsibility of design, construction, financing and operation is transferred to the private sector. These projects are financed through structured financing operations.
In this scenario, over the decades the engineering and structured finance divisions of INC SpA have developed international level professionalism to respond to these new business models.
Cooperation is possible thanks to the synergy developed between INC S.p.A. and SIPAL S.p.A., specialised in structural engineering, and between INC S.p.A. and the FININC GROUP structured finance division.
